This machine is used for marking, punching and shearing of the angle steel, it is a special machine for power tower and electric fitting industry.

◆ Feature

1. It is controlled by Japan-Mitsu PLC, has the feature of convenient operation, high working efficiency, high working accuracy.

2. Has three cnc axis:X for transfer cart, A/B for punching unit.

All of three axis is driven by servo motor,to ensure the high positioning speed and easy maintenance.

    Positioning speed of X axis is 60m/min, positioning accuracy is +0.1mm,

    Positioning speed of A/B axis is 10m/min. positioning accuracy is +0.01smm,

3. Has fours marking boxes, back mark for marking character can be changed at any will.
